Pastel leopard print and cool ombre effect!
Hello readers!
I've got some leopard print nails to share with you today, and an experiment that turned out really great!
Today's design was requested by someone who contacted me through facebook, and she requested anything pastel. I decided to go with some sweet and girly leopard print and a twist on the average ombre nails. The ombre nails came out absolutely amazing in person, the pictures really don't do them justice! I started with a white base, and got pastel purple, blue, and pink acrylic paint. I sponged it on like I normally would, except I added much more acrylic paint (so that it almost created that pooling puddle looking effect that's usually a bad thing!) and then I got another clean sponge and sponged where the colors connect, removing some of the paint and sponged around the entire nail very lightly removing very little of the paint. The result ended up looking like some awesome clouds, and I topped it all with China Glaze Fairy Dust to add some extra sparkle and fantasy.
What do you think of these nails? Let me know in the comments below!

Hello readers,
This is my third and final post for today, and it was also requested by someone who contacted me through facebook. Rainbow nails to brighten up you day! I decided to add some contrast so I added black polka dots and left the ring finger as an accent nail with out the polka dots.

Paint splatter nails!
Hello readers!
As I mentioned before there will be a few posts today just to catch up. This design is a neon paint splatter requested by someone who contacted me through facebook. The final result reminded me a lot of candy, like jawbreakers.

Dolphin nails!
Hello readers,
This was a request by a lovely woman who contacted me through facebook, I've been taking a lot of requests for specific designs, so if you want something specific drop a comment or check out my facebook page (Nat Kat Nails). I used Essie Bikini So Teeny, and Essie Avenue Mantain for the gradient and free handed the dolphin with black acrylic paint.

New York City inspired nails!
Hello readers.
Before I get into the details of this nail art, i'd like too remind everyone to please check out my facebook page Nat Kat Nails by clicking here. So I got a request to do some New York inspired nails, and I happily accepted. I really like how these came out! I started with a gradient to look like a night sky after a sunset, and then added the skyline. I then painted 'NYC' in black on my thumb, but decided it needed something to bring it to life, so I added rhinestones all around it and I think it really gives it the feel I was going for! I really love how the 'NYC' on my thumb looked with the rhinestones.

Deep red nails with one stroke roses and rhinestones!
Hello readers,
So I took many pictures of these nails but ended up with only a few good ones to show you all. This color is so stunning in real life, might be one of my favorites! Although the polish formula isn't perfect, the color is just so flattering. I did some one stroke roses over this deep blood color and added some rhinestones for the rose buds. Also, don't forget to check out and 'like' my facebook page Nat Kat Nails, and you can see it by clicking here. Onto the pictures!
I'm posting some swatches soon of some new polishes I got. What do you think of this mani? Let me know in the comments below!

Pastel blue, purple, and pink gradient with black rhinestone triangles!
Hello readers,
Sorry it's been a while since my last post, but i'm pretty excited to show you the nail art I've had on these past few days. My camera isn't very good at picking up pastels so I edited the pictures to try to get them as accurate as possible but even then, they are not perfect. The colors are much more vivid in person, they scream summer! I used a white polish as the base for my gradient, and then did the gradient with light turquoise, purple, and pink acrylic paint. I think they would've looked better with some black studs but I used these inexpensive black rhinestones instead. Onto the pictures!
I like these quite a lot, I just wish the pictures came out better. What do you think of these nails? Let me know in the comments below!

Bridal taupe nails with white roses, rhinestones, and a silver accent nail!
Hello readers,
Sorry it's been a while since my last post. I've had these on for longer than usual and I think they look quite nice. I recently filed my nails down just to have a change, so they're pretty short. I matched my nails to my outfit for a party, the taupe and white roses are from my ivory lace dress, the rhinestones and silver accent nail are from my sandals. The colors I used are Essie Sand Tropez, Sally Hansen Celeb City, and white acrylic paint.
Last but not least, this is the picture I put on my instagram account (@yazmin_nat). The lace in the background is from my lace dress.
I'm pretty happy with these, what do you think of these nails? Would you wear them? Let me know in the comments below!

Zoya Pixie Dust Miranda swatch!
Hello readers,
Soon I will start the 31 day nail challenge and so for now I'm going to show you some more swatches of new polishes. Zoya Pixie Dust is a collection of textured, matte, sparkle polishes. I only purchased one shade because Zoya is pretty hard to find where I live and they did not have very many colors.
Miranda- A raspberry rose type color in the textured, matte, sparkle formula. I like this polish a lot, but I actually liked it more when it was wet and glossy than when it dried to the textured matte. The color is more rich and the sparkle comes through a lot more. Application was easy, it dried a little longer than average because you have to wait for each coat to fully dry. The only thing I really disliked about this polish was that removing it was such a pain! Other than that it's very unique.

OPI Pompeii Purple swatch and review!
Hello readers,
I have recently purchased my first ever OPI polish, and i'm very excited to show you swatches of this stunning shade. The formula of this polish was good, but slightly more sheer than I would've wanted. Two coats were almost perfect, but my nail line was still visible.
Pompeii Purple- An almost hot pink/ fuschia shade with magenta shimmer that leans more towards purple. Although I found this shade very flattering, I definitely do not consider this a purple. Even though the shimmer is a purple- ish magenta, it's not enough to make the shade as a whole purple. I would think of it more of a pink or red than a purple. Nonetheless, I still like this color quite a lot, it dried very fast and glossy and even though pigmentation was on the sheerer side, it was still very easy to work with.

Finger Paints Art You Wondering swatch!
Hello readers,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while, i'm doing swatches again so in the meantime I'd like to show you my swatches of a stunning glitter polish. Art You Wondering is a lightly teal tinted jelly with lots of teal/ emerald green fine glitter. This polish can't be used much as a glitter topper, or over colors that are not similar to the glitter colors so it's better for layering over a green or teal color. I layered two coats of Art You Wondering over one coat of China Glaze Shower Together, and the results were beautifully eye catching. It was difficult for my camera to capture the color perfectly, the polish is leaning more towards a green in person, but not a huge difference. It dries fairly smooth, but I used topcoat anyways. On to the pictures!
This last picture was taken in direct sunlight, you can see all the lovely glitter here!
Really stunning, any lover of blue/ teal and glitter polishes would definitely want this in their collection, stunning! The removal was a bit difficult because all of the fine glitter but nothing terrible. What do you think of this polish? Let me know in the comments below!

Stunning braided nails/ fishtail nails!
Hello readers,
This is my first ever attempt at braid nails/ fishtail nails, and I quite liked how they came out. I used a silver Essie color, i'm not sure what the name of the polish is though, it came without a sticker. I also used a silver striper, black and white acrylic paint, and then I later added Essie's Aruba Blue for some fun color. I might do a tutorial of this in the future, but right now i'm gonna be working on some 4th of July nail art that I will post soon.
This will be a picture heavy post, but on to the pictures!
